Hi! I have a fluffy cat with arthritis who refuses all pills, chewables and food additions, and I'd like to try out this product. Can it be effectively applied to the inside of the ear instead of directly to the joints? I don't want to shave him down to apply it. Thanks!
Hello, yes the topical can be applied to the inside of the ears and if your cat can clean her ears, there are NO essential oils or scents that are toxic to cats of all ages and it's safe for ingestion. It works very quickly with about a 95% absorption ratio and is great for pain response throughout the body, including joints. Thank you!
My dog has hip dysphasia. He is on Rivera, gabapetin and CBD oil. He walks pretty well considering he has had HD since he was a pup. I am looking for something that might help him move a little easier when he tries to sit/lay down. I am also wondering how a topical salve will effect carpeting and his dog bed. Thank you, Carol Smith
Hello, so sorry to read about your pup! I would suggest using a CBD oil since it has the best assimilation and moves quickly to the body to areas where it is most needed for discomfort, etc. It has the potential to affect GABA neurotransmission, which is tasked with pain response in the body and can possibly reduce excessive pain and anxiety response, to help deliver potential pain relief to your pup. The 300 mg. oil is like the best but the topical is also an option. I would suggest you apply to the inside of the ears as well as to the affected joints, if you opt for a topical. The best option would likely be a combination. Please let us know if you would like more information. Thank you!
